SX Rotary Lobe Pumps
The SRU pump is the workhorse of our traditional rotary lobe pumps, designed to meet the high standards required by the diversity of the processing industries. The SRU range offers a standard choice of two high-quality sanitary primary seals in a variety of material combinations, as well as three and two lobe rotor options, to suit your specific application needs.The robust and innovative modular design of the SRU provides you with greater application flexibility as well as a cost effective, low maintenance product. SRU pumps also conform to USA 3A guidelines and are suitable for CIP (clean in place) operation. The new SX pumps are certified to EHEDG European, Hygienic Equipment Design Group) as well as USA 3A guidelines, ensuring the ultimate in cleanability.

Hygienic Centrifugal Pumps

Standard Design
The LKH pump consists of a standard motor, stub shaft, mechanical compression coupling (LKH-5 with pin bolts), adaptor, back plate, impeller, pump casing and shaft seal. (LKH-5 has clamp connection between pump casing and back plate).

 

The LKH pump is designed for CIP with emphasis on large internal roundings and cleanable seals.
The sanitary version of LKH has a stainless steel shroud for protection of the motor, and the complete unit is supported on four adjustable stainless steel legs.
The industrial version of LKH has no shroud.

Shaft Seals
The LKH pump is equipped with either an external single or a flushed steel shaft seal. Both have stationary seal rings in acid resistant steel AISI 329 with sealing surface in silicon carbide and rotating seal rings in carbon. The secondary seal of the flushed seal is a long lasting lip seal. The pump may also be equipped with a double mechanical shaft seal.
